Return & Refund Policy

Due to the nature of fragrance decants, all fragrance sales are final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect.

Decant Champs does not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, personal fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with a scent.

Decant Champs is an independent fragrance decanting business. We transfer authentic fragrances from original retail bottles into our own travel-size atomizers. The original manufacturer’s bottle is not included.

Because fragrance decants are transferred into separate containers, returned fragrance products cannot be resold.

Customers who receive damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect products may qualify for a replacement or refund as outlined below. Nothing in this policy limits customers’ rights under applicable law.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact Decant Champs at support@decantchamps.com, preferably within 7 days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available so our customer support team can review your concern.

We will review your request and provide an appropriate replacement or refund when warranted, in accordance with this policy and applicable law.

Lost Orders

If your order has not been delivered within 15 business days after shipment, please contact Decant Champs so our customer support team can investigate the delay.

We will review the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier when necessary to determine the status of your package.

If your package is confirmed lost, Decant Champs will provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for the refund to process after approval. Your bank or credit card provider may require additional processing time.

Before Purchasing

Fragrance preferences are subjective. We encourage customers who are unfamiliar with a fragrance to purchase a smaller size first and review the fragrance description before ordering.
