Refund policy



Returns Policy – No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on any orders.

All of our perfume decants are carefully prepared by hand in a sanitized environment, using authentic fragrances directly from the original bottles. Because these items are custom-made and involve the transfer of liquid products into new containers, they cannot be resold or reused once shipped, regardless of whether they have been opened.

We strongly encourage customers to:

  • Purchase sample sizes if they are unfamiliar with a fragrance

  • Read scent profiles and reviews before purchasing

  • Reach out to us with any questions before placing an order

All sales are final. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.


Lost/Damaged Orders

If an item has not been received 15 business days after being shipped, please reach out to us and we will start the refund process. If an item is received damaged, please send us a picture of the item within 24 hrs of receiving and explain the damage clearly via email. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
