Decant Champs is an independent fragrance decanting service. We offer authentic fragrances transferred from original retail bottles into Decant Champs atomizers. Original manufacturer retail bottles are not included unless specifically stated on the product page. Decant Champs is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the fragrance brands featured on our website.
4. Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday).
• Delivery times depend on the selected shipping method at checkout and the destination.
• We ship only to valid U.S. addresses.
• Once shipped, you’ll receive tracking information via email.

5. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of fragrance decants, all fragrance sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fragrance preference, or dissatisfaction with a scent.
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at support@decantchamps.com, preferably within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs when available so we can review your concern and provide an appropriate resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
We will review your claim and, when approved, provide an appropriate replacement or refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Nothing in this section limits customers’ rights to remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly described products under applicable law.
